Dear Sixth Grade Families,
We will not be Oaks testing this next week! We do not begin our testing until the following week. This is a time to celebrate what we know and should not be seen as a stressor! Pep your child up so we can celebrate our successes.
Or schedule is as follows:
Math, during normal math block on Tuesday, March 12, Tuesday, March 19th and finishing up on Thursday, March 21st. This does not mean your child will need all three blocks, it means that we have this time scheduled in the lab in case we need it. Most students will take around an hour to finish. Although, breaks will be scheduled, so students do not sit at the computers for an hour straight, testing.
Reading, from 9:45-10:30/11:00-11:30 on Wednesday, March 13, Wednesday March 20, and our last block scheduled is Wednesday March 20 at from 12:30-1:00. Again students usually take around an hour to complete this test. We have scheduled in breaks and students may request the reading passages to be printed.
If you would like to decorate the entrance to the lab or provide snack on this day, please just let me know!
